Office Hours (for scheduling, communication with Danielle, etc):

Monday - Friday 7:30 am until 6:30 pm

Clinical Hours (hours I schedule therapy appointments):

Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:30 pm & Friday: Very Limited Availability, By Appointment Only

Rates
55 Minute Session for Couples, Families or Individuals: $230

Insurance
While I do not participate on any insurance panels, I am happy to provide you any documentation (including a clinical receipt of services), which you can use to submit to your insurance or health savings plan. Some insurance plans may cover part of the cost of out of network providers; you would need to call your insurance company to inquire about your plan. Please note that insurance companies generally require a mental health/illness diagnosis to pay for sessions, and if a diagnosis is given, that will be recorded into your permanent file. Please also note that insurance companies do not pay for couples therapy. You are encouraged to inquire with your insurance provider should you have questions. Payment of fees for services is required at the end of each session.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
I accept cash, personal check, credit/debit cards and HSA cards (card transactions run through my Simple Practice client portal)

Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up, so you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If it's less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the appointment. This is because sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
